At Embrace Balance Allied Health (EBAH) we take a holistic approach towards health care. We focus on the wellbeing of the individual and tailor our care to your needs.
We are currently offering a wide range of Occupational Therapy and Social Work services to the Sunshine Coast region as a mobile and clinic based service.
We are currently accepting referrals under the following arrangements;
- Privately funded
- Health insurance (pending individual cover)
- Medicare (Chronic Disease Management)
- NDIS - (self managed and plan managed clients)
- Veterans Affairs (DVA)
- WorkCover QLD
